If students are going to be missing school for a vacation (more than 2 days) parents must complete a Vacation Form for approval before the planned vacation occurs.  Please cpomplete one form per student. This must be completed at least one week in advance. 

Please be aware that vacation days are marked as unexcused absences. Any assignments missed during these days will be your child’s responsibility to make up and turn in to their teacher(s). Students have the amount of days they are absent to turn in missed assignments.

I understand that vacation days are marked as unexcused.  I understand that my child is responsible for making up and turning in their assignments. Any assignments not turned in will receive a grade of zero (0%). This form must be completed and turned in prior to leaving for vacation.
