⛱️SJCS Vacation Request Form
 If students are going to be missing school for a vacation (more than 2 days) parents must complete a Vacation Form for approval before the planned vacation occurs.  Please complete one form per student. This must be completed at least one week in advance.

💳Lunch Payments
We will be using FACTs for hot lunch/milk. It will still be a prepaid account. You can log into your account and on the right side there is a box that says “Prepay Accounts”  Click on the “Add Funds” button to load money to your child's lunch account. You can do this at any time. If your balance drops below $10.00 you will get an email reminder from FACTS to add more funds.  Any questions please contact Paula Waggoner at [email protected].

💌Open House Thanks 
It takes a great many people to make our Enrollment Open House happen each year. We would like to thank and recognize the many individuals, along with our wonderful school staff, who made this event a great success once again with preparation and actually working the day of Open House. Please remember we truly cannot do this without your help. If you are interested in helping us in one of the many areas for next year please contact the office and we will contact you when we begin planning activities. 

🌟Open House Yard Signs 
Please return any SJCS Open House yard signs to school or to church. We try to reuse these signs each year so any help gathering them back to school is appreciated
🏃‍♀️Jog N Jam 5K Meeting
Please join us for our next Jog-n-Jam meeting on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 here at school at 6:00 p.m.  The jog-n-jam will take place on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at Rentschler Park.  We are currently working on getting sponsors and figuring out the logistics of the race since our location has changed.  Please bring some fresh ideas and help us make this year’s 13th Annual Jog-n-Jam a success.  We need some parents from younger grades because most of the people on this committee only have a year or two left to help.  See you soon.  If you have questions please contact Kari Espel at 513-910-0516.

📚23-24 Yearbooks Remaining
There are a limited number of 2023-2024 School Yearbooks left for purchase.  If you wish to purchase one, please send $25 (cash or check) to the office in an envelope marked yearbook.

🎫Drawdown Ticket Update
 We still have tickets available for our 22nd annual Drawdown on February 22, 2025 at Badin High School in the Pfirman Family Center. Use the link above to order tickets online or use  the form we sent home to families.
We are encouraging every family to buy or sell at least 3 tickets for this event.  We have sold over 275 tickets so far!!!!!  If we reach our goal of selling 500 tickets by Friday, February 14, students will earn a day off of school on Monday, February 24.
Even if you cannot attend you can purchase a ticket, but someone must represent you at the Drawdown if you are in the final 10 tickets.  You don’t want to miss out on a chance to be the BIG winner!  Please spread the word to friends and family to join us for this very special and fun evening!

➕Catholic Education Fund
The Catholic Education Fund Scholarship PreK-8 through the Archdiocese of Cincinnati & FACTS is open now. This year, you must have ALL information filled out by February 26, 2025 If you do not have all information turned in by this very important deadline, you will be ineligible for ANY financial assistance from ANY school-based scholarships. 
You will need to have your 2023 tax return on hand to fill out this information, and eventually your 2024 W-2.  If you need help uploading any of these documents, please contact the school office to arrange for us to help you. If you do not have access to a computer, you may schedule an appointment with Mrs. Stenger and she will be happy to assist you.
Please, please, please do not let this date pass you by! Do not miss this important opportunity to help your child continue to receive a catholic education.
