⛱️SJCS Vacation Request Form
If students are going to be missing school for a vacation (more than 2 days) parents must complete a Vacation Form for approval before the planned vacation occurs. Please complete one form per student. This must be completed at least one week in advance.

💳Lunch Payments
We will be using FACTs for hot lunch/milk. It will still be a prepaid account. You can log into your account and on the right side there is a box that says “Prepay Accounts” Click on the “Add Funds” button to load money to your child's lunch account. You can do this at any time. If your balance drops below $10.00 you will get an email reminder from FACTS to add more funds. If the amount owed gets below $20 we will automatically bill you to get your account current. Any questions please contact Paula Waggoner at [email protected].

Please mark your calendars for our upcoming Parent Teacher Conferences for tonight, Thursday October 10, 2024 and Thursday October 24, 2024 . Parents should have received sign ups from the classroom teachers. If you have not received this information please make your child's teacher aware.
⛪Safe Parish Update
St. Joseph Consolidated School complies with the The Decree on Child Protection which is promulgated by the Archbishop of Cincinnati. This means that school staff and parents who are at school working with students (as coaches, room moms, party volunteers, field trips chaperones, etc.) must complete the Safe Parish program and have a background check. At this time many of our parents are not current with SafeParish. Please log into your account today to check your status. The best place to check your status is to click on My Account. If any of the boxes there are not filled in you are not able to volunteer with students.
🤓Lost and Found
The lost and found basket is OVERFLOWING in the main hallway. Please if you are coming in for conferences in the next couple weeks, look and see if any of these missing items might belong to you. It is always a good idea to make sure you put your child’s name in all clothing items 😉. |

📅PTO Updates & News
🛍️PTO Reusable Bags
The PTO will be selling reusable grocery bags to support our wonderful school! Your child will bring home an order form soon. They cost $3 each. If you have any questions or you did not receive an order form, please email Meredith at [email protected].
👪WE STILL NEED SOME ROOM PARENTS
We are still in need of a room parent for the 8th Grade Class. Other grades have at least 1 parent signed up but remember many hands make the work light and it’s always fun to get together with other parents at the class events.

🧺Drawdown Committee Help Needed
The drawdown committee has begun preparing for our fun adult night out on February 22, 2025 and is in need of a couple volunteers to take over the games for the evening. We would also like to invite anyone else that would like to be a part of the committee to our next meeting on November 4, 2024 at 6 pm. We will hold this meeting at St. Joes. A lot of the committee members have students that will be graduating this year or next and we would love to have new faces join us over the next few years, so that this event can stay and continue to raise necessary funds for continued building improvements.
