⛱️SJCS Vacation Request Form
If students are going to be missing school for a vacation (more than 2 days) parents must complete a Vacation Form for approval before the planned vacation occurs. Please complete one form per student. This must be completed at least one week in advance.

💳Lunch Payments
We will be using FACTs for hot lunch/milk. It will still be a prepaid account. You can log into your account and on the right side there is a box that says “Prepay Accounts” Click on the “Add Funds” button to load money to your child's lunch account. You can do this at any time. If your balance drops below $10.00 you will get an email reminder from FACTS to add more funds. Any questions please contact Paula Waggoner at [email protected].

➕St. Nick Visit
Tomorrow, Friday, December 6 St. Nicholas will be at St. Joseph Consolidated School to visit the students. This is a German tradition that many St. Joseph Families follow every year, so don’t forget to put up your stockings for St. Nick to fill on the evening of December 5th. Our last day of school before Christmas is Friday, December 20, 2024. The students will return to school on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.

We are so excited to recognize our Students of the Month for November. One student from each grade level will be nominated by teachers every month and recognized on the morning announcements. Students were called to Mrs. Schappacher’s office for a certificate, out of uniform pass, and a prize from the treasure chest. We are so proud of our Blue Jays for making such a positive impact on the school year

🚦FACTS - CEF 25-26 Financial Aid Information
The CEF Scholarship & SJCS financial aid applications are now open for St Joseph Consolidated School.
You will need to log into your FACTS account to fill out the Grant & Aid.

Important information regarding your application: There is a fee to fill this form out, only fill it out if you meet the following criteria.
- If you will have a preschooler for the 25-26 school year.
- If your child/children receive partial Ed Choice (not 100%) please fill out.
- If your child/children receive Jon Peterson please fill out.
- If your child/children receive 100% Ed Choice you do NOT need to fill this out.

📲Option C Reminder
All SJCS parents have an account created in Option C by the school office. . Please if you have any questions or need assistance with your login information contact Theresa Stenger at [email protected] to assist you
Parents can check grades for students in grades 4-8 SJCS also uses the Parent Alert system to call, text and email to notify parents of school closings. We also use our school Facebook Page, School Web page and Channel 12 SchoolWatch. To ensure your family is properly notified we need you to log into your Option C account to verify and update your family information. When updating you will also be able to choose which option you wish to use to be notified. This includes phone call, texting or email. You may choose all or just one or two it is your preference
Below are instructions to complete the update:
- Click on the Option C link located on our school web page. Log into Option C by using your Family Username and Password. If you need assistance with your username and password please contact the office.
- Go to the upper left hand corner of your family page. Then hold your mouse over OFFICE. There will be a dropdown screen. Click on Family Profile to adjust home address or phone (you need to do this first). Please hit save when finished.
- Next click on Contact Information to adjust/add phone numbers and email addresses. Please hit save when finished.
- To select the Parent Alert settings place your mouse over Communication then click Manage Alerts on. Then choose the option you wish by each name. Again remember to hit save when finished.
