🏫Office Hours July-August
The school office is closed in person for July due to some building upgrades and cleaning projects.. Miss Conrad and the Office Staff are available for emails if families have any questions or need assistance. The office will be open on Monday, August 5 at 8:00 a.m.
If families have updated phone numbers, addresses or other information please send an email to Mrs. Stenger at [email protected]. We want to make sure we have all of our SJCS families' current information for best communication.

🚨FACTS Account Set Up Information
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT SET UP YOUR FACTS ACCOUNT
Mrs. Harding has been sending emails to those families who still need to complete setting up their FACTS Account. ALL families MUST create a FACTS account regardless of EdChoice/Jon Peterson status. We will use FACTS for tuition as well as all other billing, this will include lunch, class fees, field trips, CYO sports, etc…St Joseph Consolidated School will be transitioning for the 2024-25 school year to FACTS management for all of our financial services. This will include payments for tuition, class fees, field trips, lunch accounts, CYO sports and other special events.

Some important FAQs about FACTS
✅If your family is not making monthly tuition payments please choose the one time payment option.
✅If you already have a FACTS account for St Joseph Consolidated School (You would have created one for CEF scholarship) you will need to log in to your account and then select “set up payment plan” and then add your “students”
🚌2024-2025 Transportation Instructions
The Transportation Departments have contacted me with the following directions regarding the transportation of students. Please read over these instructions to ensure your child will have transportation to and from school for the 2024-2025 school year.
If these forms are NOT filled out, your child will NOT have bus transportation. All Talawanda Forms should be mailed directly to the transportation department.
