⛱️SJCS Vacation Request Form
If students are going to be missing school for a vacation (more than 2 days) parents must complete a Vacation Form for approval before the planned vacation occurs. Please complete one form per student. This must be completed at least one week in advance.
👩🏻🏫School Email Addresses
To contact staff here at St. Joe we are providing email addresses to families. This is the most efficient way to contact all St Joseph staff members. Below is the link to our staff directory. It would be a great idea to “bookmark” this for easy access😉.

💳Lunch Payments
We will be using FACTs for hot lunch/milk. It will still be a prepaid account. You can log into your account and on the right side there is a box that says “Prepay Accounts” Click on the “Add Funds” button to load money to your child's lunch account. You can do this at any time. If your balance drops below $10.00 you will get an email reminder from FACTS to add more funds. If the amount owed gets below $20 we will automatically bill you to get your account current. Any questions please contact Paula Waggoner at [email protected].

🥓🍳 Spotlight Breakfasts
Each month at SJCS we recognize one class and this class also prepares the liturgies for the month. This is called Spotlight Breakfast. Parents & grandparents are invited for a breakfast in the school auditorium after attending 8:00 a.m. Mass. There is no cost to families but a smile and a thank you for our cafeteria staff are much appreciated. For planning purposes the dates for the breakfasts for the year are below.

⛪St. Joseph Parish Capital Campaign
Fr. Rick Walling would like to announce the “Our Time” Capital Campaign for St. Joseph Catholic Church. As the pastor of St. Joseph’s, he is dedicated to promoting the vitality and activity of St. Joseph Parish and school as a whole. When he arrived in July 2022, he felt a strong commitment to maintain the historic presence, culture, and legacy of St. Joseph’s, honoring the men and women who built and preserved it before us. The Capital Campaign Committee cannot begin to express how crucial this campaign is for St. Joseph Parish, both today and for our future. Please click on the link below to get more information on how to support this important campaign.
