🥗Lunch Menu Link
Here is the link to our lunch menu for the first week of school
SJCS Lunch Menu
🌟Reminders from the Lunchroom
- Please remember to check your email for notices regarding late balances for prepay lunch accounts.
- The health department does not allow us to heat items that a child brings to school in our microwave. (If they bring cold spaghetti to school, they will be eating it cold.)
- Prices - Hot Lunch (includes 1 milk) $3.50 Extra Main Course (grades 4-8 only) $1.75 Milk .50
💳Lunch Payments
We will be using FACTs for hot lunch/milk. It will still be a prepaid account. You can log into your account and on the right side there is a box that says “Prepay Accounts” Click on the “Add Funds” button to load money to your child's lunch account. You can do this at any time. If your balance drops below $10.00 you will get an email reminder from FACTS to add more funds. If the amount owed gets below $20 we will automatically bill you to get your account current. Any questions please contact Paula Waggoner at [email protected].

⛱️SJCS Vacation Request Form
If students are going to be missing school for a vacation (more than 2 days) parents must complete a Vacation Form for approval before the planned vacation occurs. Please complete one form per student. This must be completed at least one week in advance.
Please be aware that vacation days are marked as unexcused absences. Any assignments missed during these days will be your child’s responsibility to make up and turn in to their teacher(s). Students have the amount of days they are absent to turn in missed assignments.
SJCS Vacation Form 24-25
➕SOC News
Information came home with students in grades 3-8 about signing up for SOC. If your child is going to participate, please be sure to fill out the form no later than September 13th or your child will not be able to participate this school year. *** New this year - There will be $5 dues per student due no later than September 20th. Please make sure to send that into school with your child. If you have any questions about SOC, please reach out to Meredith at [email protected]. Thank you!
👚Out of Uniform Day
On Friday 9/13/24 we will be doing a $2 out of uniform day for St. Joseph students. All proceeds will go towards Living Waters Ministry for them to purchase whiteboards for their after school and summer programs. This is a BHS Senior Service Project organized by two of our SJCS Alumni, Alex Venegas and Johnny Sanchez.
📸Picture Day
School picture day is Friday 9/27/24. Students are permitted to be out of uniform but must wear appropriate clothing. Picture packets including payment on picture day must have exact payment. You can also order your kids pictures online ahead of time from www.mylifetouch.com. Parents can enter their package information, pay with a credit card, rather than the filled out money envelope. This option will offer families more choices with packages and credit card payment.

⛪St. Joseph Parish Capital Campaign
Fr. Rick Walling would like to announce the “Our Time” Capital Campaign for St. Joseph Catholic Church. As the pastor of St. Joseph’s, he is dedicated to promoting the vitality and activity of St. Joseph Parish and school as a whole. When he arrived in July 2022, he felt a strong commitment to maintain the historic presence, culture, and legacy of St. Joseph’s, honoring the men and women who built and preserved it before us. The Capital Campaign Committee cannot begin to express how crucial this campaign is for St. Joseph Parish, both today and for our future. Please click on the link below to get more information on how to support this important campaign.
